“In Spain, euthanasia has been a legal procedure since 2021. In this case, we present the subject of conscientious objection and the so-called pseudo-objection in a context where a patient's request for euthanasia is not indicated. The authors are aware that this procedure is not legal in most countries of the world, but they believe that the reflection raised can be useful for everyone. The authors also wish to explain that this case does not mean that they support the practice of euthanasia."
