Prof. Jacob Sosna, a radiologist and world renowned researcher from Hadassah Hospital and Hebrew University has been appointed as the new President of the Israeli National Academy of Science in Medicine. He succeeds Prof. Rivka Carmi, who founded the Academy and led it with distinction for six years. Prof. Sosna brings with him a wealth of experience in medical leadership and innovation, continuing the Academy’s mission to advance excellence in clinical research and promote collaboration across the Israeli and international community of physician-researchers.
