The Israeli Academy of Scientific Medicine was accepted into the International Organization of Academies

The Israeli National Academy of Science in Medicine was accepted as an official member of the Inter-Academy Partnership (IAP), an international organization of academies. Between 2019-2022 14 academies applied for membership and at its General Assembly in November 2022, the IAP voted to accept 9 of them, including the Israeli academy.
