    Central Board

    37.   The Central Board shall be composed of 11 members of the Executive Committee. The Central Board shall consist of 6 Israelis, who shall be elected at the IMA National Convention, and 5 non-Israelis, who shall be elected by and from amongst the Executive Committee at the General Assembly. The president of the Board shall be the chairman of the IMA-WF and chairman of the Executive Committee. In addition, the secretary and treasurer shall be appointed from among the Israeli members.

    38.   The Central Board shall convene as needed, and shall administer all regular business of the IMA-WF by mail, fax, telephone and email between meetings. 

    All meetings with outside parties and all decisions made by members of the Central Board must be approved by the Chairman, who shall also receive a protocol of any such meetings or decisions.
