    Section 25

    This section addresses the activities of entities such as the Adi Association. The Association’s activities are worthy and its vision and activities for the sake of organ donations and transplants should be encouraged. We believe that the donor’s family should be taken into consideration, as addressed in MK Golan’s draft legislation, and the donor’s family should be allowed, if the donor is in a state of brain death, to decide to donate his organs even if the donor did not sign a consent form in his lifetime.
