Among its responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping up to the balance sheet level for IMA entities: IMA Central Executive Committee, IMA Assets, Yahad Club, S.R.T., World Fellowship, 100 associations and branches
- Financial management
- Ongoing customer service
- Collection activities by means of checks and credit cards
- Contact with suppliers
- Daily communication with associations
- Preparing the annual budget
- Presenting the quarterly budget utilization report to the Finance Committee
