An Irregular Ventricular Tachycardia Induced Reversible Cardiomyopathy

Summary

A persistently irregular wide complex tachycardia is usually related to atrial fibrillation with aberrant conduction but it rarely has a ventricular origin. We present a case of irregular ventricular tachycardia (VT) associated with reversible cardiomyopathy.
