All system users bear the responsibility to comply with the usage guidelines set forth in this document, act in accordance with its instructions, and report any security breaches encountered during the course of their ongoing work to Adv. Malka Boro, who is in charge of Privacy Protection at the IMA, and Mr. Omer Orbach, who is in charge of Cyber and Technology.
The ‘Terms of Use’ are intended to guide users in the steps they should implement to safeguard the information stored in the system.
1. Access to the system
1.1 System login shall be carried out as follows:
1.1.1 Entering a 9-digit I.D. number and receiving a one-time, 6-digit personal code on one’s mobile device. The user shall enter that code on the website to login.
1.2 The system will automatically log out users when inactivity is detected. Nevertheless, at the end of each session or upon leaving the computing device, users must log out of the system by clicking “Exit” and lock the device using a password-protected screensaver.
1.3 The system shall lock the user’s account after no more than 5 unsuccessful login attempts.
1.4 The account shall be unlocked automatically after 24 hours.
2. It is strictly forbidden to save or download classified materials from the system using one’s mobile phone or personal computer.
