19.   A physician or allied health professional, as stated above, who wishes to be accepted as a member of the IMA-WF shall submit an application to the Central Board.  A member may decide to apply as an individual member or as part of a chapter. In the latter case, the application shall be forwarded through the chapter. 

The Board shall decide to accept or reject the application, and shall determine the type of membership.  The decision shall be forwarded to the applicant in writing.  

If the Board rejects an application, it shall explain its decision in writing and give the applicant an opportunity to appeal the decision to the Executive Committee.

Notwithstanding the above, any member who applies through a IMA-WF chapter shall be automatically accepted for membership in the IMA-WF.
