    2. The IMA-WF is an organ of the Israeli Medical Association (IMA) and draws its authority from IMA regulations.

    3. Any regulation or decision of the IMA-WF that does not reconcile with or conform to or that contradicts IMA regulations or decisions is inherently invalid.
